Sharjah Ruler renames members of Executive Council members

H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued Emiri Decree No. 03 of 2017, regarding an amendment to Emiri Decree No. 83 of 2015, renaming members of the Sharjah Executive Council.

Emiri Decree No. 03 amends Emiri Decree No. 83 of 2015 regarding replacement of the former member of the Sharjah Executive Council, Salah bin Butti Al Muhairi, Consultant at the Sharjah Directorate of Town Planning and Survey by Khalid bin Butti al Muhairi, Chairman of Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey.

The Decree will be effective from the date of issuance and other competent authorities should implement its provisions. The decree will annul all rules that contradict with its provisions and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
