Prince Sultan bin Salman announces winners

Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage and Chairman of Supreme Supervisory Committee of Souq Okaz held a press conference in Taif yesterday during which he announced the winners of Souq Okaz Awards and its activities in its 11th session to be opened on Shawwal 18 under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
At the conference, the Prince expressed his thanks and appreciation to the King for his permanent patronage and support for tourism and national heritage sectors, praising the King's patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques program to take care of cultural heritage in the Kingdom, which includes a wide range of national heritage projects and programs, among them Souq Okaz.
He noted that Souq Okaz enjoys the personal attention and follow-up of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in view of its historical importance and cultural and tourism roles, pointing out that the efforts of the Commission in Souq Okaz expanded from organizing the market to other projects such as The City of Okaz for which the National Transformation Program allocated a budget of SR 775 million for the development of its first phase.
Then, Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz announced the winners of Souq Okaz Awards.
