Moderate rainfall in Masafi, Ras Al Khaimah

Moderate showers have lashed the Masafi area and different parts of the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
The rain covered all the roads of Masafi area and several parts of the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, mainly at the deep valleys and mountainous areas.
Hussain Alali, an Emirati, told Khaleej Times that he was surprised with the showers while driving home to the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
"So far, it is just little rain, and hopefully we see more showers to reduce the scorching temperature."
All parts of Masafi were hit with rain, he added. "The internal roads and highways of Masafi are covered with rainwater, and it's so nice for young children to go out and enjoy the fine weather."
