A new coalition government formed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is "against peace and stability in the region", a senior Palestinian official said on Thursday.
The remarks by chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erakat came after Netanyahu hammered together a coalition just ahead of a midnight deadline, giving him a knife-edge majority of just one seat in parliament.
