Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi said Sunday that all conditions were in place for Greece and its international creditors to reach a "win-win accord" ending Athens' debt crisis.
"It would be a mistake not to take advantage of this window of opportunity," Renzi told a joint news conference with French President Francois Hollande, adding that an emergency summit of eurozone leaders in Luxembourg on Monday should result in a "positive conclusion".
