A slight drop in temperatures is expected on Friday and the weather will be pleasant in hilly areas and moderate in other parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department said in its daily update.
Mercury levels will rise again over the coming few days, to reach seasonal average. The weather will remain pleasant in hilly areas and relatively hot in the Jordan valley and the Gulf of Aqaba.
Temperatures over the coming three days will reach a high of 26 degrees Celsius in Amman, 25 in northern and central, 29 in the southern areas and 35 in Aqaba, dropping down to 14, 15, 15 and 23 respectively.
