Wearing a teeny black string bikini, the 31-year-old enjoyed the warm weather and sun in Miami earlier this month. The 31-year-old yet, either, as she is staring down the barrel of messy divorce proceedings after her ex-husband Kris Humphries, 27, refused to settle out of court. He is also planning to file a complaint against Kim's mother, Kris Jenner. Humphries is also said to have petitioned to have his Minnesota-licensed attorney practice in California, so appears to be bringing the battle to her doorstep.
