Subaru recalls 1,300 cars in S. Korea on faulty wipers, sunroofs

Subaru Korea, the importer and distributor of Subaru cars by Japan\'s Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd., is recalling some 1,300 cars in South Korea for possible failure of windshield wipers, the transportation ministry said Thursday. Subject to the recall are 1,386 vehicles, which also include vehicles with improperly installed sunroofs that can be ripped off when driving, according to the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.
