
Price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up 29 cents settling at USD 100.86 per barrel on Wednesday compared to USD 100.57 pb on Tuesday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) in a statement on Thursday. The US crude oil inventories saw a decline; a report by the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed on Wednesday that the inventories reached 358.1 million barrels, a decline of 400,000 barrels. Meanwhile, crude oil prices went up, reaching USD 96.84 pb at New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), settling at its highest at USD 97.65 pb and lowest at USD 96.34 pb.
