Kuwaiti oil ministry takes part in OPEC\'s educational program

The Oil Ministry is currently taking part in a multi-purpose program organized by the Vienna-based Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) due to end on February 21st, the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.The program deals with OPEC's role of maintaining balance of the international oil markets and bolstering the cartel media status in these markets.Moreover, it aims at educating participants about the OPEC activities, such as the ministerial convention, the annual seminar, the committees' meetings and the workshops held throughout the year.
