OPEC basket price stands at $102.63 per barrel

The OPEC daily basket price stood at USD 102.63 per barrel on Wednesday, compared with USD 102.55 a day prior, the global oil cartel said. The monthly average of the basket price for January was USD 104.72, December USD 107.67 and November USD 104.97 per barrel. The new OPEC Reference Basket of Crudes (ORB) is made up of Saharan Blend (Algeria), Girassol (Angola), Oriente (Ecuador), Iran Heavy (Islamic Republic of Iran), Basra Light (Iraq), Kuwait Export (Kuwait), Es Sider (Libya), Bonny Light (Nigeria), Qatar Marine (Qatar), Arab Light (Saudi Arabia), Murban (UAE) and Merey (Venezuela).
