
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's non-oil exports for the third quarter of 2013 amounted to SR 50,695 million, registering an increase of 14.5%, in comparison to the same period of the year, 2012. Saudi Press Agency, SPA quoting a report of the Department of Statistics and Information said that exports included chemical products, plastics, rubber, and transport equipment. The report said that the Kingdom's imports for the third quarter of 2013 amounted to SR 153,848 million, registering an increase of 3.9 %, in comparison to the same period of the year, 2012. The imports included machineries, electrical appliances, transport equipment, metals, and chemical industry products.
