President Mahmoud Abbas to arrive in Sharm el-Sheikh Friday

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will arrive in Sharm el Sheikh on Friday to take part in the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC), Palestinian Ambassador in Cairo Gamal el Shobki said on Thursday.
Shobki said in statements that Abbas' two-day visit comes at an invitation from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Abbas will be accompanied by a number of senior Palestinian officials and businessmen, Shobki said.
He stressed that the Palestinian leadership is keen on supporting Egypt in all domains.
