Prince Harry's surprise visit to aboriginal outpost

Prince Harry made a surprise visit to a remote aboriginal community in his first mission with the mostly indigenous NORFORCE regiment, local media reported on Friday.
Captain Wales, as he is known while on army duty, met and chatted with surprised Wuggubun residents who gave him a warm welcome.
The community knew NORFORCE, which patrols remote regions in Northern Australia, was due to visit on Thursday but had no idea they would bring Prince Harry with them.
The community is in the rugged wilderness of the Kimberley region in northern Western Australia, and he visited after going fishing nearby on Wednesday.
The prince arrived in Australia on Monday for a month long tour of duty with Australian armed forces in Darwin, Sydney and Perth before he retires from the British army after serving it for a decade.
"(Prince Harry) was there for about an hour or so (Thursday) morning sitting and chatting with the kids," a source told News Corporation.
"Some of the younger kids didn't know who he was but the older ones did -- they were pretty excited."
