Yemeni minister of industry and trade returns home

Minister of Industry and Trade, Dr. Saad al-Din Ali Bin Talibreturns home on Sunday after an official visit to China, during which he met with anumber of Chinese officials.Speaking to Saba, the Minister said that his meeting with the Chinese officials dealtwith the cooperation relations between the two countries and the time frame for thecompletion of rehabilitation of Bajil Cement Factory.The meeting also touched on the initiative to expand the use of solar energy, whichhas been welcomed by the Chinese side, who expressed willingness to provideassistance for the initiative.It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in collaboration withseveral donor countries and international organizations, leads a national effort toexpand the use of solar energy in various household uses and irrigation.
