The Emirates Identity Authority (Eida) announced two new registration centres linked to the preventative medicine centres in the emirate of Sharjah — at Ghubaibah and Nasrieya — will be opened on Wednesday. A third centre in the emirate will be opened in Kalbaa after the Eid Al Adha holiday. This is part of the preparations for activating the linkage of the registration procedures in the ID card system with the residence visa in Sharjah. Meanwhile, the Authority also announced that a registration centre linked to the preventative medicine centre, will be opened on Wednesday in the city of Fujairah.
