
President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed during a telephone conversation today with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi, relations between the two countries.
According to Turkey's news agency (Anadolu), Erdogan and Al Abadi stressed the importance of promoting direct dialogue between Ankara and Baghdad, continuing joint work to confront terrorist organizations, not allowing terrorism to destabilize the region.
