
Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry received on Sunday a phone call from US Secretary of State John Kerry.
The two top diplomats discussed the latest developments in the region and efforts exerted to settle the Syrian, Libyan and Yemeni crises, Spokesman for the Egyptian Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid said.
Kerry called for supporting regional and international efforts aimed to implement the Skhirat Agreement and helping the Libyan parties reach the required consensus.
