US decision on Egypt as safe country positive sign that will reflect in favor

The decision adopted by the US State Department considering Egypt as a safe country for travel and tourism is a positive sign that will reflect in favor of the Egyptian tourism, said Egyptian Minister of Tourism Yahia Rashed.
In press statements on Wednesday, he underlined the importance of the decision especially regarding the improvement of the mental image about Egypt as a tourist destination.
The decision is a message of reassurance regarding the Egyptian tourist sites and an invitation for tourists to visit Egypt, he added.
The US State Department on Tuesday published a map classifying safe countries for travel and tourism including Egypt.
