Armed Forces greet Sisi on October 6 anniversary

Minister of Defense and Military Production Sedqi Sobhi Monday sent a cable of greetings to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on the anniversary of the October 6 War victory.
Greeting Sisi on the 43rd anniversary of October 6 War victory, Sobhi said it is one of the victories that make Egyptian take pride in their Armed Forces.
Sacrifices and heroism of the Armed Forces asserts that concession of state lands is never tolerated and that restoring lands is a top priority, he added.
Convoying Armed Forces personnel's greetings and pride of the decades-old victory, the defense minister underlined their willingness to protect the nation and people against any attempts to harm homeland's security and stability.
He also stressed their readiness to uproot terrorism and extremism.
A similar cable of greetings was sent by Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Lt. General Mahmoud Hegazy to president Sisi.
Meanwhile, Hegazy issued directives to greet all army personnel on the national occasion.
