
Bahraini Foreign Minister Sheikh Khaled Al Khalifa and Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ghandour left Cairo early on Friday.
Both ministers attended the 145th foreign ministerial meeting at the Arab League on Thursday, in which Egypt's nominee for the post of secretary-general, Ahmed Abul-Gheit, was appointed.
Abul-Gheit will succeed current AL chief Nabil el Araby who will end his term in office on June 30.
