
During visiting the Ministry of Interior, His Highness, Prime Minister, Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa praised the security leadership's efforts in thwarting dangerous explosion plots aimed at innocent people, and urged them to continue such efforts to face the organized terrorism directed against Bahrain.HRH Premier affirmed the government continues to fight and foil the schemes of terrorism and to bring those perpetrators to justice for the protection of the community.He added, the explosives and ammunition the Interior Ministry, recently confiscated, confirm that there are some who have been seeking opportunities to implement their terrorist plans against Bahrain, referring to those who sow hatred and sectarianism and brainwash and exploit the youth to exploit them in carrying out exterior agenda targets destabilizing Bahrain's security and stability, underscoring enforcing the law and protecting the state's sovereignty.He asserted the law will be firmly applied against those who aim at sabotaging the gains that have been achieved by hard work and long years, noting the government's resolution to face terrorism and preserve people's safety and the homeland's stability.Interior Minister expressed gratitude to HRH Premier for following up the Interior Ministry's efforts in addressing the security challenges, hailing HRH Premier's directives that enthused security men to perform their national duties in protecting Bahrain's security and stability.HRH Premier was briefed by the Interior Minister on the latest measures taken on tightening control on border exits to prevent the recurrence of smuggling of explosives and ammunition into the country that target destabilizing the country's security.
