Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Tuesday a written message from French President Francois Hollande.
The message pertained to bilateral relations and the means to enhance cooperation in all fields. The Emir of Kuwait received the message from French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, who was visiting Kuwait.
