Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah received on Thursday a written message from his Iraqi counterpart, Ibrahim al-Jaafari.
The message pertains to bilateral relations between the two countries and a number of issues of common concern, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
