Latest attacks kill 142 in Iraq

Recent attacks in Iraq killed 142 people and injured 375 others. Iraqi security officials told AA on Saturday that 142 people had been killed and 375 others were injured during armed and bomb attacks which had been staged in several cities of Iraq in the past five days. A total of 25 attacks were staged in several cities of Iraq in the last five days. 13 of them were car bomb attacks, six were roadside bomb attacks, five were by weapons and one was staged by mortar. Highest death toll was recorded in capital Baghdad where 75 people were killed.
