Libyan dialogue participants have to cooperate on providing security and essential services to Libya, US Special Envoy for Libya Jonathan Winer said on Sunday.
"People facing choice of finger pointing or instead coming together on solutions to deliver essential security & services across #Libya," the envoy wrote on Twitter.
Winer's remarks came as the meetings of Libya political and security dialogue entered its second day with the participation of Libyan Prime Minister Fayez Seraj and a galaxy of Presidential Council members.
The first day of the consultative meetings addressed the latest developments in the north African country as well as obstacles hindering the implementation of Skhirat deal.
Creating a "unified army" would be the only solution to the Libyan crisis, the US envoy further posted on Twitter.
