
UAE embassies and diplomatic mission in various parts of the world continue to celebrate the 45th National Day anniversary by hosting receptions and other cultural and heritage events to highlight the progress achieved by the UAE during the past 45 years.
In Kuwait, the UAE embassy hosted a reception which was attended by Sheikh Sabah Al Khalid Al Sabah, Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.
In Doha, the UAE embassy's reception was attended by Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Qatar's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs.
In Manama, the UAE embassy hosted a reception which was attended by HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. Bahraini Prime Minister.
In Muscat, the reception hosted by the embassy was attended by a number of ministers and senior officials.
In Cairo, the UAE embassy hosted a reception which was attended by ministers, senior officials and Arab officials, including former Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Al Arabi.
The UAE embassy in Beirut hosted a reception that was attended by Elias Bu Sa'ab, Minister of Education and Representative of the President of Lebanon.
Idris Dahak, Secretary General Moroccan Government, attended the UAE embassy's reception in Rabat, while Badr El Din Abbas, Sudanese Finance Minister, attended the UAE embassy's reception in Khartoum as representative to the President of Sudan.
In Paris, a UAE embassy's reception was attended by senior French officials and guests from the UNESCO and members of diplomatic corps in France. The UAE embassy's reception in Madrid was attended by Ignacio Ybanez, Spanish Foreign Minister.
Berlin also saw a reception hosted by the UAE embassy and attended by senior German officials.
In Oslo, the UAE embassy's reception was attended by the Minister of State at the Finance Ministry, while senior Swedish officials shared the joy of National Day celebrations at the UAE embassy in Stockholm.
In Warsaw, the UAE embassy's reception saw attendance of the UAE armed forces officers, currently attending training courses there, and a number of Polish officials.
A number of Belarusian ministers and officials attended UAE embassy's reception in Minsk, while the reception of UAE embassy in Amsterdam was attended by Dutch officials and representatives of international organisations based there.
The UAE embassy in Rome also organised a reception which was attended by senior Italian officials, diplomats and businessmen.
The UAE embassy in Bern and its Permanent Mission in Geneva, hosted receptions on the occasion which were attended by senior Swiss officials, representatives of international organisations and diplomats.
Similar receptions were held by the UAE embassies in Kiev and Prague, which were attended by Ukrainian and Czech officials.
The UAE's missions in China also hosted receptions in Beijing and Shanghai, while the embassies in Seoul and Hanoi also hosted receptions.
The reception hosted by the UAE embassy in Bangkok was attended by Thai officials, diplomats and Emirati citizens.
The UAE embassy in Jakarta also hosted a reception which was attended by a number of Indonesian officials and diplomats.
In New Delhi, Indian Minister of State for External Affairs M. Akbar attended the UAE embassy's reception as a guest of honour and a representative of the Indian government. A receptions were also held at the UAE consulate in Kerala.
In Daka, Bangladesh Foreign Minister Abu Al Hassan Mahmoud, attended the UAE embassy reception, while in Dar Essalam, the Tanzanian Foreign Minister attended as the Guest of Honour in the UAE embassy's reception.
Receptions were also hosted by the UAE embassies and missions in Dakar, Pretoria, Addis Ababa, Canberra, Melbourne, Willington, New York, Boston, Toronto, Mexico City, Brasilia, Sao Paulo, Bogota and Lima.
