Poor people to benefit from health insurance system

Health Minister Adel Adawi said Wednesday that a health insurance system for financially incapable people has been finalized.
About 500,000 farmers will be included in the second phase of this system, Adawi said in statements to Egyptian reporters accompanying Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on his current visit to Tunisia.
The new system is expected to cover some 7.2 million citizens across Egypt, the minister added.
