Amkar Perm and Krylya Sovetov both produced late comebacks to win their games in the Russian Premier League. Amkar had squandered a one-goal lead as Aleksei Sapogov and Gia Grigalava put Volga Nizhny Novgorod 2-1 up, but Georgi Peev's second penalty of the game levelled the match at 2-2 with 14 minutes to play. Substitute Igor Picusciac then struck a minute from time to secure a 3-2 victory for the hosts. Krylya left it slightly later as they won a remarkably similar game at Mordovia Saransk by the same scoreline. Having led through Alexandru Epureanu, Krylya were pegged back by Eugeniy Osipov five minutes later before Anton Bober's penalty on the hour put Mordovia ahead. But two goals in the final eight minutes, from Petr Nemov and substitute Roman Grigoryan, earned Krylya their third win of the season. FIFA
