Greek Super League champions Olympiakos announced on Tuesday that they have signed Portuguese international midfielder Paulo Machadoto on a three-year contract . The team did not reveal financial details of the deal but Greek press reports said the 26-year-old player would receive 1.4 million euros a year salary. The same reports said that Olympiakos paid Machado’s former team Toulouse 2.7 million euros for the transfer. “I am very happy to have come to Olympiakos. They are a very big team. I came to help win the championship. I will work as hard as I can to help the team and to offer whatever I can,” Machado was quoted as saying on the official website of the club.
