Francisco Rodriguez tossed a scoreless eighth and John Axford survived a shaky ninth to post his 35th save to as the Brewers clinched their season-ending three-game series. San Diego\'s Anthony Bass (2-8) was touched for four runs on three hits in a three-inning start. Jesus Guzman, Will Venable and Yasmani Grandal drove in runs for the Padres.
