Seventy-six passengers were evacuated Sunday from a sightseeing boat that hit a rock and took on water in Alaska\'s Glacier Bay, the U.S. Coast Guard said. The 79-foot Baranof Wind was reported at anchor Sunday night and using a pump delivered by a Coast Guard helicopter to remain afloat. Most of the passengers were transferred from the Baranof Wind to the Holland America cruise ship Volendam and others were taken aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Anacapa and a boat from the National Park Service. The Coast Guard said in a written statement there was no report of pollution in the bay\'s waters as a result of the maritime mishap and arrangements were being made to tow the Baranof Winds to Sitka.
