
A number of flights were diverted to Bahrain international airport due low visibility in Kuwait, said an official at Kuwait Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) here Wednesday. Head operations at DGCA Essam Al-Zamel told KUNA that a number of flights were diverted to Bahrain international due to low visibility. At around 8:00 a.m. local-time, an incoming flight for Kuwait Airways landed at Kuwait International Airport due to improving weathering conditions; However, the weather shifted back to intense, leading to the diversion of several flights to Bahrain, said Al-Zamel.
