PAAAFR organizes a special program for cow herders

The Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) said on Monday that it will organize a special educational program on cow feeding and milk production for cattle growers and people who are interested in this field.An expert from the Department of Livestock Resources at the Authority would be giving lectures and seminars on the program as well as addressing a number of contexts related to the subject, Engineer Hussein Al-Khayat, Director of Department of Agriculture Guidance, said in a press statement.The Authority will also arrange another program for members of the general public next week on basics of organic farming of plants and agricultural crops, noted Al-Khayat. He said that the program would cover basics and goals of organic farming and the difficulties in this field.He called on citizens who are interested in this field to register at the Department of Agricultural Guidance, adding that these educational programs are offered through cooperation among the Authority\'s various departments.
