Rain in Fujairah, Khorfakkan

Medium to light rain showers hit parts of Fujairah on Tuesday, while heavy to medium showers lashed areas in Khorfakkan. The rainfall over these areas was accompanied by lightning and thunder. The downpour led to flooding in several valleys and water corals and filled the low-lying areas. The sky was reportedly overcast and cloudy, foreshadowing more rain showers. Residents in Fujairah and Khor Fakkan welcomed the rainfall that lowered temperatures in the region. Additionally, temperatures during night time are expected to be lowered by the showers.
