The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) has predicted rain in some areas of the country on Saturday. The weather in general will be partially cloudy and cloudy at times. The clouds may increase over some parts of the country sometimes, said the NCMS sources. They pointed out that the temperatures may drop in some areas and will range from 20°C to 36°C in the coastal areas, 18°C to 41°C in the inland areas and 17°C to 28°C in the mountainous areas. Meanwhile, the winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly. It is expected to be light to moderate and brisk at times at speeds of 18-28 km/h, which may reach 35km/h at times, the sources said. The sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and become rough at times while it is expected to be light to moderate in the Gulf of Oman, the sources said. Weathermen at the NCMS explained that relative humidity is expected to decrease on Saturday, comparing to Friday. The maximum level of humidity will range from 65 to 95 per cent in the coastal areas and decrease to 60-75 per cent in the inland areas and 30-45 per cent in the mountainous areas.
