Egypt-Gulf consortium to establish 3 residential projects

An Egyptian-Gulf consortium agreed to establish three residential projects planned to be reviewed in the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC).
The consortium, grouping Pioneers Holding, Al Muhaidib & Sons Group, a UAE real estate company and a Kuwaiti bank, will provide 11.2 billion pounds to establish the project.
In statements to MENA, the board chairman of Pioneers Holding Company said the three projects will be established in the cities of New Cairo and el Sheikh Zayed.
