Egypt-Japan Business Council gears up for Sisi's Japan visit

The head of the Egypt-Japan Business Council said on Wednesday that specialized committees were formed to push cooperation with Japan ahead of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's planned visit later this year.
The council is studying its 2015 plan, Ibrahim el Arabi said, noting that boosting cooperation with Japanese businesses tops the council's priorities.
He added that the council's membership was made available for small and medium-sized Japanese companies to attract more investments to the Egyptian market.
The Egypt-Japan Business Council is an association representing major business enterprises engaged in joint activities and cooperation between Japan and Egypt.
