
The Group of Twenty Summit was concluded today in the Australian city of Brisbane. The summit began two days ago.
The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the summit was headed, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, by Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense.
The participants in the summit issued a statement in which they emphasized their support for a strong and effective action on climate change and the Green Fund of the United Nations.
The closing statement explained that the twenty states have agreed to strengthen their economies with additional growth of 2.1% in the next five years through infrastructure support, investments and trade.
