Ships coming from east America to pay reduced tolls for Suez Canal transit

Suez Canal Authority has decided to continue the set decline tolls for transiting container ships which come from US East Coast ports to South and Southeast Asia ports until June 30,2017.
The authority said in a statement on Sunday that crossing vessels must not stop at arrival or departure ports, adding ships have to implement this condition in order to get the decrease in the transit tolls.
