Sisi lauds French facilitation in recent jet deal

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi lauded on Saturday the French support and facilitation for Egypt in the recent Refale fighter deal.
Sisi made the comments during his meeting with French Finance Minister Michel Sapin on the sidelines of the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) currently in session in Sharm El Sheikh.
Presidential Spokesman Alaa Youssef said that the president noted that Egypt appreciates the stances of the friendly countries which showed real support.
For his part, Sapin conveyed French President François Hollande's greeting to Sisi, stressing his country's keenness to promote cooperation with Egypt.
