5 Refinery projects financed this year

According to Shana, Zeighami named the projects as construction of Persian Gulf Star, Anahita and Pars refineries as well as development of Isfahan and Abadan refineries. \"We are picking up domestic companies to procure the necessary equipment for these refineries,\" he said. He added the most important project was Persian Gulf Star Refinery whose financial resources have been decided. He said 75 percent of the costs needed for Anahita Refinery would come from the National Development Fund. \"NDF has earmarked 25 billion rials for Persian Gulf Star Refinery. Thirty percent of shareholders in this project are evaluating the data. Naftiran Intertrade Company (NICO) is investing 600 million dollars in this project,\" the official concluded.
