
Under the patronage of His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), will organise on Tuesday at Emirates Palace, the closing ceremony of the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award in its 12th edition 2012- 2013. The event will be attended by a number of Sheikhs and senior officials. Saeed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, chairman of the higher committee of the Khalifa Excellence Award, said the sponsorship of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed of the annual ceremony of the Khalifa Excellence Award \"reflects the interest of the leadership in developing work performance and quality of services provided by private sector firms.\" He commended the support and continuous encouragement received by the Award from President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. Mohammed Helal Al Muhairi, director general of the ADCCI, member of the higher committee of the Award, welcomed the sponsorship of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed to the Award, organisers, participants and beneficiaries. He noted that the number of registered companies surged to 30 per cent compared to previous years, while the number of judges rose to over 500, of whom 200 are Emiratis.
