High Highness Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman has hailed Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) and Ajman Chamber of Commerce & Industry for their role in developing economic activity as well as facilitating investors in establishing joint projects with foreign businessmen. Shaikh Humaid said that owing to the support given to business sector in the UAE, has resulted in boosting investors confidence to run their business in the UAE, calling for more interaction among the chambers in order to develop their work, strategies and work plans which are aimed at improving performance levels and expansion of services. This came during a call on with chairmen and members of the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry here in his office at the Emiri Court on the occasion of the 89th meeting of the Federation. The federation meeting was hosted by Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in connection with the celebrations of the 41st National Day of UAE. The ruler stressed the importance of all-out help to UAE Chambers through providing more resources and facilities to their members as well as facilitating licensing procedures for establishing small and medium industrial and trade companies in cooperation with government departments. He also called for supporting the youth, adopting innovative ideas in the field of private investment, supporting initiatives in addition to provision of all facilities to them. Chairman of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi congratulated the Ruler on the occasion of the UAE’s 41st National Day, and affirmed that the achievements made during the last four decades came as a result of the efforts of the Founding father of the UAE, late Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Al Rumaithi, briefed the ruler on the programmes and the agenda of the Federation’s meeting hosted by Ajman chamber.
