HH Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council member and Ruler of Ajman has called for exerting more efforts to develop economic and investment relations between the UAE in general and Ajman in particular with Turkey. He said that this can be done through harnessing all capabilities and different promotional channels through boosting ties in order to meet the aspirations of the two side as well as upgrade the private sector contribution. Ajman Ruler welcomed a Turkish businessmen delegation led by Deputy Mayor of Adana, Zihni Aldi rmaz, expressing appreciation for the Turkish companies role and stressed the importance of investment in every sectors. The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department and Elif Comoglu Ulgen, the Turkish Consul General. The Ruler called for prolonged consultations between UAE businessmen and their Turkish counterparts and of Adana in particular in addition to highlighting concepts that would serve in establishing joint investment projects between the two parties. They exchanged views on a number of issues related to investment as well as the importance of coordination and cooperation between businessmen in both countries and make use of the Turkish expertise in all areas.
