
Akhbar Al Sa'a Bulletin has warned that the world will face in next decades water, electricity and food shortages due to the imbalance between global demand and supply of vital resources and poor management of the global supplies, as well as increasing rates water and electricity wastage at home uses. Under the title: "Development of Global Sustainability at stake" the bulletin issued by the Emirates Centre for Strategic Studies and Research, (ECSSR), said in the recent report released by the United Nations warned of water and electricity crises that the world would face in the coming decades. The United Nations for Food and Agriculture Organisation "FAO" earlier in March also warned of global food crisis in the next decades.
