Al-Rabiah meets Sri Lankan counterpart

Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah received here today the Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Sri Lanka Rashad Badi Eldine, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, they discussed trade and industrial relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in all fields.
They also discussed ways to take advantage of the opportunities and benefits that are available, and the promotion of trade and industrial cooperation and encouragement of the private sector in both countries to establish common commercial and industrial projects.
In 2013, the volume of trade exchange between the two countries amounted to 707 million Saudi riyals with the value of exports reached SR 418 million and imports SR 289 million.
