Executive Committee of the Association of Secretaries General of Arab Parliaments decided at a meeting held here on Thursday to hold the upcoming third conference due in September in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi. The chairman of the association, Allam Al-Kanderi, also the Secretary General of the National Assembly of Kuwait, told KUNA participants in the meeting approved a report submitted by the commission for upgrading the constituent laws and referred it to the general assembly of the association. Al-Kanderi chaired the meeting, with attendance of members of the commission, representatives of Sudan and Yemen. Elaborating, he said, the conferees examined a report presented by the head of the training center and decided to submit it to the general assembly. They approved agenda of the upcoming meeting of the assembly, financial budget of 2012 and final account of the 2011 fiscal year. They also endorsed the annual report of the society for the 2011-2012 fiscal year. The annual event proceeded with a meeting of the assembly that begn early today.
