Bahrain \'Award for Productive Families\'

Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), will patronize the distribution ceremony of her Award for Productive Families 2012, organized by the Social Development Ministry at the Palm Hall in the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre (BIECC). The Award, launched in 2007, aims to honour low-income families and encourage them to develop their skills and become productive ones that play a major economic role that enables them to increase their revenues by producing quality products that compete with world ones. The award will be given for the Best Productive Family, the Best Product and the Best Sponsor of Productive Families. An exhibition for the products of productive families will be held on the sidelines of the ceremony. It is to be noted that the Social Development Ministry is planning to hold the annual “Made in My Home” expo, dedicated to the products of productive families, during the first week of Holy Ramadan.
