DEWA, Navigant discuss cooperation

Senior officials of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) discussed cooperation with Navigant Consulting, a US-based global management consulting company serving energy-based and other regulated industries. Saeed Mohammad Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of DEWA, in remarks as he received David Allen, Leader of Navigant\'s International Consulting Operations and Ian Smyth, Managing Director in Navigant\'s Energy practice, said DEWA welcomes global companies with experience in consulting and renewable energy. The meeting discussed operations by Navigant Consulting which helps clients to deploy and integrate renewable energy, energy storage, and other emerging technologies; to understand the potential of Smart Grid; and to address consumer and regulatory demands.
